- Eligibility and Scope:
In the event of an advertising account suspension by the platform or a valid refund request initiated by the Client, Zenattica shall process a refund of the remaining advertising budget. Please note that the initial account setup fee is non-refundable. - Deductions:
Should a refund be processed solely at the Client’s request (i.e., not due to account suspension), the commission for the minimum monthly spend applicable to that account will be deducted from the refundable budget. All applicable cryptocurrency or wire transfer fees, as detailed in the “Payment Services and Associated Fees” section, will also be applied to the refunded amount. - Refund Options: The refunded budget can be:
- Credited to the Client’s primary balance within their Zenattica account for future use.
- Loaded into an alternative advertising account managed by Zenattica.
- Refunded directly to the Client via the original payment method.
- Refund Processing Timeline and Disclaimer:
The refund process involves coordination across multiple parties and typically follows these steps:- Zenattica submits the refund request to its partner agency.
- The partner agency requests the refund from the advertising platform.
- The advertising platform processes and refunds the funds to the partner agency.
- The partner agency then refunds the funds to Zenattica.
- Zenattica processes the refund to the Client (as per Section 3 above).
Zenattica commits to processing its portion of all transactions on the same or the subsequent business day following receipt of funds from its partners. However, Zenattica bears no responsibility for any delays or transaction times incurred between the partner agency and the advertising platform.
- Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your service before it has been completed, please refer to our cancellation policy for any applicable fees. - Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or service disruptions on our end, we may issue refunds beyond the standard refund period. - Contact Us:
